Each morning will start with circle time that includes show and tell.

Circle Time includes doing the calendar, months of the year, days of the week. We also do letters, colors, shapes and numbers of the month. We work on rhyming, our themed words of the week, weather of the day. We also tell a story and do simple math.

Our simple math that we are learning includes learning shapes, patterns, adding small numbers and subtracting by 1. We also learn more than and less than.

We are going to learn how to make and play instruments, and learn where the notes go on the staff.

We will be using our imagination to tell a story, recognize words, repeat was read. We also will have a book check out day with Mrs. Nicky.

We are going to be learning how to hold a pencil, write letters and our name. Also will be free drawing and writing and letter building.

We will be doing hands-on projects, use paintbrushes, finger paint and coloring pictures. We will also learn how to use scissors, follow directions for group art works, use our imagination and will do free draw.

We will do hands-on experiments, a bug hunt and explore our world.
